Really? The pokemon are weak as hell, and attract is a useless pure chance move. Honestly, even Mightyena, with it's severely limited ability and movepool, can do better than that. Also, Umbreon is a severe fail. Even if just taken from breeding, you don't bring it into your party until EV trained into at least the 90s. Once done, these things can slaughter legendaries and event pokemon with ease.
Past the pokenerdiness, the attempted cuteness makes the overall feel of the cartoon gay.
